I just tried the stinkiest food imaginable. Kusaya is a kind of Japanese fish, marinated in a sauce which is hundreds of years old. Hold your nose while you eat it! Thankfully the taste is pretty good. Goes down well with Hoppy and Shochu. Another interesting taste experience to add to the list…
